The Fleming College Simulation Centre is seeking volunteer Simulated Participants!

Simulated Participants (SPs) are actors who portray patients/residents/clients/service users in realistic scenarios to provide students the opportunity to interact with a live person and apply their skills. The SPs are provided a scenario and/or a script to run through and are coached to support students in meeting their learning needs. We have had very positive feedback from students reporting that the interaction with someone unfamiliar to them has provided a more real-life learning experience.

We do not require any prior experience to volunteer with us, just a willingness to interact with future health and community services professionals.
