Since 2009, the Kawartha Komets Special Needs Hockey Program has offered children and adults in our community the opportunity to come together and share their love of hockey! We have teams based on skill level (not age) and provide the most amazing opportunity for friendship, team-sport, social skills and engagement, skill development and FUN.

As a registered charity, we rely 100% on:
- volunteers at the rink;
- volunteers helping with media, events, fundraising;
- volunteers sitting on our Board of Directors!
We support more than 60 neurodivergent players so they can play the game they love!
