Kawartha Haliburton Children’s Aid Society (KHCAS) is dedicated to promoting the safety, well-being, and healthy development of children, youth, and families across Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton, and Peterborough. We work in partnership with communities to strengthen families, support caregivers, and ensure that children are protected and empowered to thrive. Our volunteers play an essential role in enhancing the lives of the children and youth we serve, and we are grateful for the compassion, commitment, and care they bring to our organization.
