Supporting a family member or friend diagnosed with dementia can be a new experience. A Peer Support Group Facilitator helps with this journey. These groups are for care partners of persons living with dementia in early, middle and late stages, regardless of their living arrangements.
Confidential peer support groups connect people who are supporting persons living with dementia. In this safe environment, you can pose questions, share your insights and lessons learned. You are not alone.
Our Care Partner Support Groups operate on a regular basis and are facilitated by a Family Support Coordinator and a trained volunteer.
