Heads Up for Inclusion is a grassroots organization dedicated to creating communities where people of all abilities are valued, celebrated, and able to participate fully. Since 2001, we have delivered our flagship Amigos Program in local school and the community, bringing together people with and without disabilities to build genuine, rewarding, and lasting friendships. Through structured activities intentionally designed to promote inclusion, folks in our program share interests, work toward common goals, and gain an appreciation for diverse perspectives. By fostering these connections, Amigos reduces social isolation, boosts confidence, and develops empathy and essential life skills.
